With Kirsty Lang Arrietty is the latest film from the Japanese anime team behind Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. Inspired by Mary Norton's The Borrowers, the adaptation follows Arrietty's growing friendship with a human boy called Sho. Larushka Ivan-Zadeh reviews Mansfield Park is the title of a new chamber opera, by composer Jonathan Dove, commissioned by Heritage Opera specifically for performances in historic buildings around northern England this summer.
