We'll hear from the founder of the mail order clothing company, Boden. Johnnie Boden tells us how he started his business by designing the clothes himself, and explains why Boden will never be seen as cool. We'll be looking at the story of a mobile phone retailer which offered customers deals which included cashback sent by cheque each month.
