With boy-scout ingenuity and a smattering of half-completed evening classes behind them - Nigel and Earl can go anywhere and do anything They're out to tackle the world's problems from the quirky end. This is the DIY, instant fix-it approach to world politics. The titular pair attempt to put the world to rights, meeting up with an assortment of people from the week's news (in 1992). In this opening episode, Nigel and Earle head to Buckingham Palace to find Prince Charles but find only a frog.
