TV Questions

The TV & Radio Follow-up pages have details on many science and nature programmes, as well as schedules and information about presenters.
  • How can I find out when a programme will be broadcast?

To find out when a programme is on national or regional BBC TV channels in the UK, try searching the BBC What's On listings pages.

Other broadcasters (both in the UK and abroad) also show BBC programmes. Please contact them directly about their schedules.

  • Is there a webpage for..?

We make webpages to complement BBC TV and radio but do not cover every programme. All the programmes with their own pages are on the A-Z TV programmes list.

  • Do you sell copies of..?

We cannot deal with BBC merchandise queries, as that would be commercial activity. Any bookshop, music or video retailer can help you.
Educational users can also visit the BBC Active website.

  • Can I get permission to..?

BBC Worldwide can help if you want to show a BBC programme in public or reuse BBC materials in any other way.

  • Can you tell me about music, props or locations?

Sorry, we do not have time to answer these kinds of queries about programmes.

  • How do I get in touch with..?

Please understand that we can't give you contact information for celebrities or members of production teams. We do pass on messages, but we cannot guarantee a response.

  • I have another question

Some programme websites have their own information or frequently asked questions pages. These currently include Big Cat Diary, Horizon and Life On Air.

To send us a message please fill in a programmes email form. Note we will not reply to questions which are answered above.
