Get your backstage pass to this exciting, unmissable event where you can step inside the BBC content you love.
Are you aged 16 to 24? You're invited to step inside BBC UNBOXD Live, an immersive event to give young audiences a backstage pass like never before.
On Thursday 5 February, the BBC invites you to Birmingham to take on a mission from series four of The Traitors, step onto the set of your own EastEnders scene, or tear through a Race Across the World speed packing challenge. And there’s more – you can step up and take your shot at the BBC Sport Crossbar Challenge, have a go at being a Radio 1 Dance DJ or uncover how news stories are produced and broadcast with BBC Verify.
Hosted at the Secret Space in Digbeth, the industrial warehouse is being transformed into a creative arena packed with interactive zones, live moments and behind-the-scenes access to some of the BBC’s biggest titles.
There will be live sets from Birmingham-based DJs from BBC youth networks, panel chats and creator-focused sessions – all designed to spark your curiosity, build your skills and inspire you, the next generation of storytellers. The BBC Early Careers Team will be offering advice on careers, CV building and apprenticeships.
The event is engineered for participation, creativity and social sharing, giving you the tools and space you need to capture standout, grid-worthy content.
Come together to explore the findings of our UNBOXD research, share your voice, explore the BBC’s world-class content and celebrate your role in shaping the BBC’s future.
