The Murdochs discovered Jo's pregnancy when she was accidentally hit with a football and a panicky Ewan revealed their news. Lenny was delighted and immediately took Jo and her kids under his wing. Lydia was a wee bit less enthusiastic because it brought back memories of the child she'd given away years ago.

Jo was even less enthusiastic as she was fussed over and Ewan wasn't exactly a doting dad-to-be - he enjoyed a rant about responsibilities with an equally disgruntled Manu. Lenny tried to explain to Ewan that family is the most important thing in the world but the point didn't convince his son. Amber took the opportunity to tease her brother about contraception but was curious when she found an unopened pregnancy test in Jo's bag!

Manu's upset was all down to the lack of time he was getting with Scott and he decided to take matters into his own hands. He tracked down an address for Marty and sent him a photograph of the daughter he doesn't know he had.

Sharon and Raymond prepared to set off for their new life in Spain. Raymond withdrew all his money from the bank, which Sharon was very excited about. He discovered she was planning a wee surprise for him but she wouldn't reveal what it was. No wonder! She sneakily met up with Lenny and asked for a massive loan, using the pub as collateral. She tricked her beloved into signing the agreement and gladly collected the cash.

Deek was pretty upset at the thought of his uncle leaving the country but made excuses not to meet up with him. Eventually he admitted how he felt and they had a lovely, bonding conversation.

Sharon and Shona bonded over Raymond-related tales, and everyone gathered for the happy couple's departure. Eileen even shed a tear! The pair reached the airport and got more and more excited about their plans. However, when Raymond scooted off to go to the toilet, Sharon disappeared. He panicked as he trawled the airport, looking for her, but eventually realised he had to face facts. She'd gone. Eileen rushed to rescue him and he despaired as he realised Sharon had taken his bag of money.
