Making the unmissable, unmissable! Gina was distraught when Scott refused to let her get Eilidh christened - he had religion shoved down his throat when he was growing up and won't do that to 'his daughter'. Of course, Eilidh isn't really his daughter and Gina hates the control he's got over her wee granddaughter. Ruth was still struggling to cope so was happy to just things happen around her.
Scarlett got caught up in Gina's cause and the pair decided to do their own DIY christening. They snuck into a church and stole some holy water! To make matters worse, they used a vodka bottle. How very Scarlett. Unfortunately, Jimmy managed to drink the contents of the bottle before they could do anything with it. Undeterred, Scarlett topped it up from the tap and she and Gina set about baptising the wee one. Ruth just sat and watched but when Scott heard a rumour and raced home, he was furious!
Nicki continued her downward spiral and started burning Zoe's ill-gotten cash! Even Amber could see the nonsense in that and tried to distract her with a promise of a night out. Dolled up to the nines, the underage pair tried to get in to every pub in town but were thrown out. The only place they found their way into was Versus but Heather soon got wind of them and sent them packing. Nicki was raging and sought revenge but breaking into the club and trashing the place.
Ewan suggested protection for the club but was surprised to discover his own sister was involved in the break-in! He bragged to Heather he'd dealt with the burglars but she'd spotted the culprits on CCTV. She humiliated him into letting her have his firm's protection at a discount rate.
Gina caught Malcolm and Liz dancing, and Eileen left them some champagne and strawberries to celebrate their relationship. Liz was embarrassed and panicked when she thought Malcolm had bought the treats for her. She's used to such things being used for manipulation but she was pleased to hear his intentions will always be honourable!
Annoyed with Sharon, Eileen tried to sabotage her dinner, only for Raymond to eat it instead! Sharon manipulated the situation to make friends with Shona, who decided enough was enough and told the sleekit Eileen to stick her job! By the time Raymond recovered from his chili-infused meal, Sharon turned on the tears and told Raymond they have to get away. Alone.
