Making the unmissable, unmissable! Scott tried to make Heather see how badly she was behaving but she responded by chucking him out the flat! Whiteside couldn't take his attention away from Heather but really misjudged the situation when he suggested she'd slept with him so he'd get her charges dropped. He was stunned when she told him straight why she'd slept with him - she knows she's being a bitch and was punishing herself by sleeping with scum like him!
That wasn't the only knock Whiteside had - his boss was enraged by a piece in the paper insinuating that the police are doing little to find Eddie's killer, so he's dropped Whiteside from the case and brought in someone else. Just how long can the DCI keep his own involvement hidden?
Gina kept shutting Douglas out and he was shocked when he realised she has no self-confidence. Then Liz made him realise that he was the one to blame, and Archie had even cheated on Gina with her sister!
Raymond bought himself a set of decks and tried to turn the Ship into a place for 'young people', with his stunning DJing skills. Unfortunately he failed to impress and managed to empty the pub.
Eileen became frustrated as Liam kept her at arm's length so she told her girlie pals all about her relationship with him. However, she made out that it was all about sex and that is not what Liam wants. He was really annoyed when he was subjected to all sorts of innuendo-laden jibes about him being her 'toy boy'. She tried to make it up to him with a romantic dinner for two but while he wanted to talk, she just wanted to take him to bed. Her bitching about her friends didn't go down well either and eventually Liam had enough. As she publicly laid into Raymond for his pathetic refusal to act his age, Liam turned on her. He told her friends exactly what she'd been saying about them and then he walked out. Eileen had to face up to her own cruel remarks.
