Shona got the go-ahead for an Easter fete to drum up support for her community centre plans so Lydia started rounding up models for the fashion show. She approached Douglas but he volunteered Gina. That was fine by Lydia but not fine at all by Gina. She was embarrassed then angry that he would suggest she put herself in such a humiliating position. He tried to convince her otherwise but she was maaad. Eileen told her she reckoned she'd made the right choice, which appeared to spark a little bit of determination in her sister!

Meanwhile, Eileen was having problems with Liam. She was running all hot and cold with him and he was fed up of her pretending nothing was going on between them. He rejected her advances and told her that the fun was over until she decides if they're together or not.

Raymond took his 'new look' to extremes - he tried to pull off a young, trendy guy's appearance and then he made an excuse to buy a new car! Trouble is, he bought an old, sporty number instead of anything useful. Eileen was unimpressed and Bob just couldn't figure out why Raymond had bought it. Raymond's great mood hit a downward spiral when he tried to go clubbing in Versus and realised he was completely out of place.

Jodie made friends with Lydia after becoming a bit of a regular at Hola. She also bumped into Whiteside, prompting a flirty chat when she mistook him for someone else.

Scott and Tina were frustrated by the lack of progress finding Eddie's killer, a whole year after his death. Tina called in a journalist to try to get their story back in the papers. He was surprised to hear Jamie imply there'd been a cover up and approached Whiteside for a quote. Needless to say, he didn't get much response.

Whiteside had other things on his mind. He'd spent the night with Heather and was clearly enjoying himself! She told him it was a one-off but was quickly enticed back to bed. Scott had a go at her for her coldness when he tried to talk to her about Gerry but she'd made up her mind - when Gerry gets out of hospital, she'll be putting him into a residential home. Despite her intentions to not go near Whiteside again, she called him to Versus where the pair got passionate again... unfortunately Scott walked in on them and was horrified! He tried to throw Whiteside out and tell Heather a few home truths but she wasn't interested. Cold-hearted Heather is well and truly back.
