The Owl Journey – Closeburn Primary School, Dumfriesshire

The early years were finding out about Fairyland and some of the exciting characters who live there including Dragon and his friend Owl who it turns out has had some interesting things for tea. As he can’t digest everything he’s eaten, he leaves behind little owl pellets which the children collect and dissect to find bones of other tiny animals! They did this with the help of Miss Peoples from the Queensberry Initiative.
