The first thing I did as leader was to give the groups different nights in the club. That sorted out the arguing! Things got much better. Well, for a little while anyway. People just ended up arguing among themselves about other things. It's nearly as bad as it was before. It's not easy being the leader - it's hard work and you can't skive off when people really rely on you.
