On her role in The Rubenstein Kiss
The Rubenstein Kiss is a new play inspired by one of the more shocking incidents in Macarthyite America. The infamous case saw Julius and Ethel Rosenburg sent to the electric chair in 1953 for passing secrets of the atomic bomb to Russia.
Samantha Bond plays Esther Rubenstein in the play, and she joins Jenni to talk about her role, and the part she recently gave up but is perhaps best known for - Moneypenny in the Bond films.
The Rubenstein Kiss is at the Hampstead Theatre, London until 17 December
