Olivier award winning actress Laura, joins Jenni to discuss her latest role
At the age of 23, Laura Michelle Kelly recently won the Olivier award for Best Actress in a stage musical, for her portrayal of Mary Poppins in the West End.
But how do you breathe life into a character so jealously guarded by it’s creator, author PL Travers?
Laura joins Jenni in the studio to discuss this and whether she feels any pressure of living up to Julie Andrews’ portrayal of Poppins in the Disney movie more than 40 years ago.
