Rosamund Pike
She had barely graduated from Oxford University when, at the age of 21, she shot to fame as double agent Miranda Frost in the James Bond film “Die Another Day”. Last year she starred alongside Keira Knightley as Jane Bennet in the screen version of “Pride and Prejudice.”

Jenni talks to Rosamund about her latest role, as Alma in Tennessee Williams' Summer and Smoke at the Apollo Theatre in London. It’s a play evoking familiar Williams themes of a small southern town during a long, hot summer, where sexual frustration and repression is rife.

Rosamund also explains why other roles have led her to perform an autopsy on a real body in a Prague hospital and how she felt to strip off before a West End theatre audience.

Summer And Smoke is at theApollo theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue, London; Box Office: 0870 890 1101
