Living without diagnosis

Listen again in full

Anne's mystery illness has ruined her life...

Anne Hesp

Jean Johnson told Home Truths about the death of her 21-year-old son Craig from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

Anne Hesp was particularly moved by Jean's story. At the age of 14, Anne started having black outs which went on for many years. Although her illness was severe and debilitating, what caused Anne and her family the most suffering was the fact that no one in the medical profession could diagnose what was wrong with her.

Listen to find out how the lack of a diagnosis affected Anne's life.
