Douglas' Opinions
Technology allows us extraordinary access to both new forms of music and to a rich and previously untapped archive of musical gems. Douglas tracked down some of his favourite obscure tracks which have been languishing on the 'B' sides of early rock and roll singles. He also used the Midi system to create his own versions of Bach, some of which sound more attractive than others. The technology allows all of us to become musicians in one form or another, and will allow those who are professional artists to bypass the traditional distribution channels and build a more direct relationship with their audience.
