LEE CAMPBELL Lee Campbell is a performance artist. For this year's Whitstable Biennale he will be recreating the opening credits of the 1970s comedy 'The Rise and Fall of Reginald Perrin' where Reggie says goodbye to a monotonous existence and runs into the sea, leaving his clothes and his life behind, only to reemerge from the water as a new and refreshed individual. Lee's re-enactment will take place at the Whitstable Biennale at 4pm on 28th June.
