In an extended interview, Mark Lawson talks to composer Andrew Lloyd Webber about his new musical The Woman In White.
Lord Lloyd Webber also reflects on his relationship with lyricist Tim Rice, reveals why he’s decided to give up being a businessman and concentrate instead on composing and admits that he may have borrowed a melody from Mendelssohn.
The Woman In White is on at the Palace Theatre in London.
