CODE 46
Prolific British director Michael Winterbottom's new movie is his first attempt at science fiction. Film critic Kim Newman joins John to review Code 46, which stars Tim Robbins and Samantha Morton as a government investigator and the forger he is assigned to track down.

FRED EBB REMEMBERED
Fred Ebb, the man who wrote the lyrics for New York, New York, as well as those for such hit musicals as Chicago and Cabaret, has died. British lyricist Don Black joins John to discuss Ebb's underrated genius.

NICK CAVE
The rock star Nick Cave has just released two albums at once. He tells John Wilson about the craft of songwriting, and why he never listens to his old albums.
