Alan Rusbridger, editor of the Guardian and keen amateur pianist, reviews a major new series on the life and genius of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
The Genius of Mozart starts on Friday 19th March at 9pm on BBC TWO and continues on Friday 27th March & 2nd April.

STELLA VINE
The parents of heroin addict Rachel Whitear, who allowed photographs of Rachel's body to be used in an anti-drug campaign, have objected to a portrait of their daughter which is to be put on display at the Saatchi Gallery. John Wilson talks to the artist of the portrait, Stella Vine.

DONOVAN WYLIE
Francine interviews photographer Donovan Wylie about photographing The Maze prison in Northern Ireland as it was being closed down.
Donovan Wylie's photographs of the Maze prison are on display at Belfast Exposed gallery until 23rd April, then go on to Open Eye gallery in Liverpool from 1st May to 5th June, then the Photographers Gallery in London from 10 June until end July.

SIGN TV
To mark the 1 year anniversary of the government officially recognising British Sign Language - the British Deaf Association will broadcast the first ever day of sign-language television. Francine speaks with the multi-media manager of the British Deaf Association, Michael Quinlan whose sign-language answers were voiced by David Woolfenden, sign-language interpreter.
Sign TV will be on Open Access channel 687 from 2pm to 11pm this Thursday 18th March.
