THE RHINEGOLD
Francine is joined by David Mellor to review The Rhinegold, the first operatic production to open in the English National Opera’s newly refurbished Coliseum.
The Rhinegold is the first of 4 operas of Wagner's 'Ring of The Nibelung', followed by The Valkyrie in May, Siegfried in November and Twilight of the Gods in Spring 2005.
Rhinegold on 5 dates only: Sat 6, Thurs 11, Sat 13, Wed 17 and Fri 19 March

SHORT STORY COMPETITION
To mark World Book Day, Front Row is launching a Short Story Competition: Your challenge is to write the first 100 words of a novel in any genre, such as thriller, romance, chick lit, etc. A survey commissioned for World Book Day has revealed that accountants spend more time reading for pleasure than teachers, MPs, journalists, taxi drivers and vicars, on average 5 ¼ hours per week. Your first 100 words therefore must feature an accountant as a character and include five words from the accounting world: offshore, loophole, savings, spreadsheet, and figure.
