HOMETIME IN CHINA A new travelling exhibition by the British Council It's Hometime in China has been devised in the light of a growing interest in interior decorating amongest the younger urban Chinese. Eight British designers have created room sets specifically for an individual or type from a work and live unit for a visually impaired student to a drawing room for a diplomat. Designers Ilse Crawford and Tod Boontje Tom Dixon, design director of Habitat talk to Front Row about their contribution to the exhibition.
It's Hometime in China is showing in Guagzhou until the end of next week then moves moving onto Beijing, Shanghai and Chongquing

THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME Narrowly missing inclusion on the Booker shortlist, Mark Haddon's novel The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nigh-time whose story is told by a a 15 year old with Asperger's syndrome, has just been awarded three prizes, including Best Audio Book of the Year. TITUS ANDRONICUS Shakespeare's gory revenge play Titus Andronicus is being performed for the first time since 1981 at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford upon Avon.
