SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 1) The main challenge of Your 3 is to provide a mini 3-track playlist which works as whole very much in the spirit of a Late Junction playlist. The listener should be taken on an exciting yet smooth musical journey so we are not looking for a straight list of your three favourite Late-Junction style tracks.
2) The submission must contain 3 pieces or extracts of music, no more no less. Please list pieces in the order you wish them to be aired. Ideally the 3 pieces should segue together, i.e. where they run seamlessly together without the need for presentation.
3) Please enter information into the submission form which gives us a brief but enlightening synopsis as to why you have created this playlist. Why do the pieces work well together? We are unlikely to know all the pieces listed so background information in many cases will be essential.
4) We will post, where appropriate, your submission onto the Radio 3 website and offer the opportunity for other users to discuss your contribution.
5) This is not an opportunity to self-promote your own music or that of friends.
6) Please note that if you choose a particularly obscure piece of music we may not be able to obtain it and may therefore need to borrow a copy from you on a temporary basis.
7) We will endeavour to contact you before the broadcast date if your playlist is going to be used.
8) You must provide the BBC with your name, e-mail address and contact telephone if you wish your entry to be considered for broadcast.
9) Only two submissions will be considered per person per month.
10) The Late Junction editorial team's decision on which entries are used on air is final.
