I'm a big fan of the Trashcan Sinatras, and they have just released this album after eight years in the wilderness. The title track is a lovely, soothing and uplifting song, about letting go and moving on.
The title theme from the film Once Upon a Time in America follows on, another gentle piece which evokes the powerful story told in the film of a generation of gangsters from childhood to old age. I find it a very moving piece of music.

The final song is again about redemption and healing, in a way, basically i've put these three tracks together as musical therapy! The idea is that, played back to back, they will soothe the listener (as they have soothed me!), and hopefully make for a good night's sleep!
