BACKGROUND
They are all amazing pieces in their own way.
The underlying theme is in praise of (a) woman as something mythic - but we move from associations with a tragic past on earth through to celebration of a glorious present and then on to a timeless wonder. Also I'm sure that the first few notes of the "spanish harlem" and "swych vertu" are the same!!
