For the seventh challenge, we headed to the Princes Club in Middlesex, where Christine Bleakley is training to water-ski across the English Channel for Sport Relief. Christine's two trainers, Steve Glanfield and Greg Whyte, were on hand to teach Chris and Jonny the basics. After they'd mastered the art of staying upright, they both took to the water to take on a special course to see how much they'd learnt.
