When are tickets on sale?

Tickets went on sale at 9am on Thursday 23 September 2010 and the ballot for £5 tickets has now closed. Please check with our authorised seller See Tickets for production release or return tickets for these shows.

Please note, these are standing tickets only. However, access needs will be considered via our ticketing partner See Tickets.

General conditions of sale

See Tickets are the only authorised ticket sellers for the Electric Proms shows.

Tickets cannot be resold under any circumstances.

Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

All tickets are governed by BBC Radio 2 Electric Proms terms and conditions.

Arriving on time for the BBC broadcast

To ensure you do not miss the start of the performance, please try to collect your wristband and ticket from midday onwards as we expect peak collection time will be around 5pm - 7pm. The performance will be recorded for BBC Two and Radio 2 this will mean that the show will start promptly at 8pm and doors will be open to people who have collected their wristbands from 6pm.

Ticket Security

The following measures have been put in place to help prevent secondary selling and ensure true fans see the show.

  • See Tickets is the only authorised ticket seller for this show.
  • Only 2 tickets may be purchased per household. Those fans who have been found to have purchased more than 2 tickets will be refunded.
  • Tickets will have the name and address of the purchaser on their tickets. This named person must attend the event and must be the person who collects the tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred.
  • Tickets will not be sent out.
  • All tickets will be collected from the Roundhouse Box Office on the day of the performance.
  • Tickets will be exchanged for a wristband which will be attached to your wrist at the box office on the day of the performance.
  • If you have purchased 2 tickets you must also bring your guest at this time.
  • Entry to the performance will only be on presentation of your ticket and fitted wristband.
  • Security will reserve the right to entry.
  • Purchasers will need to bring:photo ID (driving licence, passport) and the credit/debit card used when collecting the tickets and wristband. Strict security checks will be in place to check that tickets and wristbands are only issued to the purchaser.
  • The wristbands or ticket confirmations cannot be resold under any circumstances.
