Kaisers are boring and derivative, Blunt is a mediocre fool and Coldplay are music for people who don't like music. When will originality and talent be rewarded at the Brits?

Why are their no proper rock bands under the catagory of Best British Rock Band...I mean come on, this country has one of the worlds biggest rock scenes. The nominations should have included Bullet for my Valentine, Funeral for a Friend, Iron Maiden, Dragonforce and Viking Skull, all of whom had *huge* releases recently and deserve awards. At least the Americans know what rock is when they do their nominations for their music award nights!!!

Kt Tunstall has an amazing talent. In her live show which I was fortunate enough to be at she breaks the songs down. Suddenly I see is brillant getting the whole crowd going and involved. She can work both on her own and with her funky band. British talent deserves to win this year after all it is the Brits so lets honour our home grown talent!

KT Tunsta;; deserves some credit. She has a gorgeous gravelly voice, had ana amzing talent for writing songs and is so original. Every performance she does is different and she's not afraid to do things differently. Her album is fantastic, its very rare you find an album where you love every song but "Eye To The telescope" is deffinately one of those rare albums. Well done KT for a wonderful year and for influencing me and giving me the confidence to get up and give singing a go...turns out Black horse and the cherry tree is a fantastic song to sing!

Arctic monkeys have to win the breakthrough act, from having a small collection of internet fans, they release an album, and the euphoria surrounding them has been unbelievable. Their album is AMAZING, and just for Alex's story telling, they have to win!
