Send us your photos
Have you got a picture of yourself at one of your favourite places in Sunderland?To go along with our guide we're putting together an online scrapbook of your pictures.
If you'd like to see your photo on Radio 1 Online, email or text your photos to the address below - but check out the rules first!
Photo Rules
By sending in a photo you are agreeing to us using it on the bbc.co.uk website. If your photo features anyone other than yourself you must get their permission to send it to us. You must be over 16 to send in your photo.
All photos and information are held under the terms of the Data Protection Act and will not be used for any other purpose.
We'll only be picking our favourite photos from those sent in to go online.
Take as big a picture as possible. Bigger pictures are higher quality and your picture will fit into this size page, so it needs to be at least 320x240 pixels big. If it's bigger than that, we can shrink it down.
If you take the picture on your phone, make sure you know how to send an email on your phone. You won't be able to text it to us - so use your mobile's email option instead - check your instructions if you're not sure (you might also find a guide on your phone's website).
Check your phone or camera's settings to change the picture size.
If your photo features anyone other than yourself you must get their permission to send it to us.
Make sure you include your name and a caption or description.
