Chike
Nigerian love song specialist Chike tells DJ Edu about his career so far.
Chike specialises in gorgeous love songs that show off his singing voice. He came to fame thanks to talent shows The Voice Nigeria and Project Fame West Africa. Now the Nigerian has established himself as a successful recording artist with two albums to his name, Boo of the Booless and most recently The Brother’s Keeper. As Chike explains in this episode, the titles of the albums refer to what was going on in his life when he made them. The Brother’s Keeper is a reference to how friends and family behave towards him since he became famous, including assuming he will pay for everything.
