Passengers describe flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv
One passenger compared the mid-air drop the plane experienced to a "rollercoaster" ride.
The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said a pilot has been arrested after he stabbed the other pilot on a flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv and "apparently tried to crash the plane". The BBC has spoken to a passenger on board who compared the mid-air drop the plane experienced as a "rollercoaster" ride.
US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth has confirmed the firing of 20% of the US top military leadership with an attack on what he called a "woke" ethos. In a fiery speech , he attacked what he called "fat generals" and said: 'Clowns out, cowboys in.'
