At least 13 dead in Hong Kong tower block fire

Some residents are still unaccounted for.

The number of those killed in a fire at a high-rise residential complex in Hong Kong has risen to at least 13. Flames have taken hold across all eight blocks of the development in the northern Tai Po district. We get more information from our reporter.
