The world's oldest head of state, Paul Biya, has been declared the winner of Cameroon's heavily disputed presidential vote.

Cameroon's longtime president, Paul Biya, has been announced as the winner of the country's fiercely disputed election. The 92-year old has been in power for more than four decades and now has another seven year mandate. We speak to our reporter in Cameroon and hear reaction from the voters.
