Gianni Infantino has given President Trump the new Fifa Peace Prize

It was widely expected that the US president would receive the award.

Fifa President Gianni Infantino has given President Trump the new Fifa Peace Prize at the 2026 World Cup draw in Washington DC. It was widely expected that Mr Trump, who arrived at the ceremony with Infantino and has made several public appearances with him in recent months, would receive the award.
