Deadly Russian drone strike hits Kyiv as peace talks loom

A night-time Russian drone assault on Kyiv has killed one man and injured several others, with explosions damaging multiple apartment blocks. The attack comes as Ukrainian negotiators travel to Washington for talks on a revised US peace plan, amid the resignation of key envoy Andriy Yermak.
