Ukraine and Russia are to resume peace talks in Abu Dhabi today, under the auspices of the United States. President Zelensky has said Russian air-strikes on Ukraine showed Moscow was choosing terror over diplomacy. We get the view of the Norwegian foreign minister.

Seif al Islam Gaddafi - the son of the late Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi - has been killed in Western Libya.
