New gun laws passed Australia

The Australian state of New South Wales has passed sweeping new laws on gun ownership and protests after last week's mass shooting at a Jewish celebration at Bondi Beach. Individuals in the state will be allowed to own no more than four guns while farmers will be permitted to have up to ten. We speak to a local government politician.

The US state department says it will deny visas to five Europeans, accusing them of leading efforts to censor Americans online.

And we speak to the mayor of Bethlehem where they are marking Christmas for the first time since the beginning of the war in Gaza.
