Billion dollar deal agreed for Ukraine by EU

European Union leaders have struck a deal to give Ukraine a loan of over a-hundred billion dollars after failing to agree on using frozen Russian assets. We have a European reaction to the deal.
We are reporting from Morocco. The Africa Cup of Nations gets underway on Sunday with 24 teams from around the continent competing for one of the great prizes in African sport. It's a big moment for Morocco, which will also joint host the World Cup in 2030. It has invested heavily in sports as a way of showcasing the country internationally.
And TikTok has signed a deal to create a joint venture for its US operations that will be controlled by American investors.
