President Putin starts a visit to India today. He'll meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and high on the agenda will be the pressure India is facing to stop buying Russian oil.

Meanwhile American and Ukrainian offiicials are due to meet in Forida to continue discussions on America's plan to end the war in Ukraine.
