National Guard member dies after shooting in Washington DC

The suspected gunman, Rahmanullah Lakanwal is an Afghan national who'd worked with the CIA in Afghanistan. The United States says it is going to re-examine the permanent residency status of every person from Afghanistan and eighteen other countries in the wake of the shooting.
