Joe Biden says he will no longer face Donald Trump in the US presidential election. Mr Biden said he'd taken the decision in the interests of his party and the country.
This November US president Joe Biden will not be standing against Republican candidate Donald Trump. The Democratic leader announced that he would be withdrawing from the race. The Democratic Senator from Connecticut, Richard Blumenthal, praised President Biden's decision. One of the countries likely to be most affected by the election in the US is Ukraine.
