
Kenya: Multiple protesters shot dead
Police have shot multiple people at protests in the capital Nairobi.
Police in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, have shot dead at least five people during huge protests against planned tax increases. The crowds broke through police cordons and entered parliament, setting part of the complex alight. We'll follow events as they happen, speak to protestors across the country and connect with our correspondents on the ground.
Kenyan police are also on their way to Haiti, to lead an international force to tackle violence in the Caribbean nation. We'll connect with a Haitian journalist to discuss this and the US imprisoning of one of Haiti's most notorious gang leaders.
