Israeli report on deaths of aid workers

The IDF's inquiry into the killings of seven aid workers in Gaza admits grave mistakes.

Israel's military has released the first findings of its investigation into the killing of seven aid workers in Gaza on Monday. The aid agency involved has described the findings as cold comfort. We hear from our Middle East bureau chief Jo Floto who attended a late night briefing by the Israeli military. We also hear from a resident in Gaza and talk about the situation there after Israel said it is opening two aid routes into Gaza.
