The Dutch prime minister, Mark Rutte, has said he will tender his cabinet's resignation, after it failed to agree on measures to limit the flow of asylum seekers. And more than 2 billion people around the world eat insects every day. They’re packed with vitamins, fibre and minerals. At the moment, it’s a niche market in Europe. But is that about to change?
