SA’s genocide case against Israel at ICJ
South Africa argues that Israel's actions and inactions in Gaza, are intended to bring about the destruction of the “Palestinian national, racial and ethnic group”.
The UN's International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the Hague is set to hear a case brought by South Africa today, in which it accuses Israel of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.
