Airport targetted by protesters in Hong Kong
Thirty one protesters have been admitted to hospital after overnight clashes.
Pro-democracy demonstrators are gathering around the international airport in Hong Kong where they plan to disrupt transport links despite an official ban. Violent clashes between police and protestors in the city on Saturday night left many people injured. 31 were admitted to hospital.
Also a breakthrough may be coming in talks between the US government and the Taliban, despite Taliban attacks taking place in the northern city of Kunduz. And we mark the 80th anniversary of the start of World War Two by hearing about one of the most famous responses to it, WH Auden's poem "September 1st, 1939."
