Jo Cox three years on

A review of the week with the latest news.

On the third anniversary of the death of British MP Jo Cox we speak to her sister Kim Leadbeater about the threats of violence to politicians.

And protest leaders in Hong Kong have called for a big turn out at a rally today - despite the suspension of controversial legislation that would let people be extradited to mainland China; and the evolution of writing from hieroglyphs to emojis - an exhibition at the British Library in London.

Joining Paul Henley to discuss these and other issues are Iona Craig, journalist and long time Yemen watcher, and Brian Klaas, an Assistant Professor in Global Politics at University College London.
