Protest leaders in Hong Kong have called for a big turn-out at a rally later today, despite the government's decision to suspend plans to allow extradition to mainland China. Activists want the extradition bill to be permanently scrapped and are urging Hong Kong's chief executive Carrie Lam to resign.
