Coronavirus: What is it?

170 people have now died from the coronavirus outbreak, and a confirmed case in Tibet means it has reached every region in mainland China. Infections have also spread to at least 15 other countries and researchers are racing to develop a vaccine to protect people from the virus. We'll explain what the virus actually is and what might happen next.
