Italian PM to resign

Italy's Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte has said he will resign. Mr Conte also said coalition partner Mr Salvini had been "irresponsible" in creating a new political crisis for Italy for "personal and party interests". Our reporter updates us on what's been happening.
